EA has been very professional and upfront with us on the application process, service fees etc. EA is reachable and responsive by whatsapp. She is experienced and very willing to share her experience and manage expectations for both ourselves and the helper. EA was prompt with shortlisting alternative potential helper candidates after our initial selected choice changed her mind. process was straightforward and clear.
